JS500 Concrete Mixer Features

Forced Mixing:

Through two counter-rotating mixing shafts and the staggered mixing blades arranged on the shafts, the materials are subjected to strong shearing, squeezing, and overturning.

Advantage: Strong mixing action, high efficiency, and excellent mixing quality (high homogeneity), especially suitable for mixing dry-hard concrete, semi-dry-hard concrete, various mortars, and lightweight concrete.

HZS25 Concrete Batching Plant

This is the most classic configuration for JS500. In the model HZS25, the number “25” represents its theoretical production capacity of 25 m³/h.

  • PLD800 concrete batching machine: automatically measures sand, stone, cement, and other materials, and conveys them to the mixer.
