JS1500 Concrete Mixer Features

JS1500 Concrete Mixer Structure

Mixing System:

  • Mixing drum: The core container, equipped with two parallel mixing shafts.
  • Mixing shafts: Each shaft has multiple blades arranged at specific angles. The two shafts rotate in opposite directions to shear, squeeze, and overturn materials for powerful mixing.
  • Liners: Installed on the inner wall of the drum to protect it from wear and are replaceable.

Drive System:

Composed of a motor, reducer, and open gears, transferring power to both mixing shafts to ensure synchronized counter-rotation.

Feeding System:

Usually paired with a PLD4800 batching machine. Aggregates (sand, gravel) are measured by the batching machine and lifted to the top of the mixer via a hoisting mechanism and feeding hopper along a track.

Discharging System:

  • Hydraulic discharge: Most common method. The bottom discharge door is driven by hydraulic cylinders, allowing fast and leak-free discharge.

Lubrication System:
